1) Processing Times

Orders typically process in 1 to 3 business days. Processing time can be longer during high volume periods, verification checks, or suspected fraud. We may contact you to confirm details before shipping.

2) Shipping Methods and Tracking

Carrier options are shown at checkout with estimated delivery windows. Estimates are not guarantees. Tracking will be emailed when available. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

3) Address Accuracy and Delivery

Provide a complete and accurate address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address once you pay the reship fee and additional postage.

4) Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is accepted by the carrier. Consider a shipping option with insurance or signature confirmation.

5) Signature Requirement

For higher-value orders we may require signature on delivery. If you request no signature, you assume the risk of porch theft or misdelivery.

6) Damage, Shortage, or Wrong Item

Inspect your order upon receipt. If something is damaged, missing, or incorrect, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

7) Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us. We will open a carrier investigation. Resolutions may include replacement or refund at our discretion after the carrier completes its investigation.

8) International Shipping

If we ship outside the United States, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import rules. If customs seizes or returns the shipment, we do not refund shipping costs. We do not reship seized items.

9) Returns and Refunds

All sales are final for research chemicals. We accept returns only if we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective. To request a return authorization, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

10) Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order is processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled. We may cancel any order for suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or supply issues. If we cancel, we will refund you.

11) Backorders and Substitutions

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer options that may include waiting, substitution of equal or greater value with your consent, or a refund.
