By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and all incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1) Research-Use Only, Age, and Eligibility

Products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not intended for human or animal consumption, drug use, medical or diagnostic use, or household use. You must be 21 or older to purchase. You represent that you are qualified to handle and store research chemicals safely and that your institution or lab follows applicable regulations. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to violate these rules.

2) Safety and Compliance

You are responsible for understanding hazards, safe handling, storage, disposal, and all applicable laws, including TSCA, state analog laws, import rules, and export controls. Our products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

3) Account and Site Use

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. If a payment is reversed or flagged as fraudulent, we may suspend fulfillment and your account. You agree not to make fraudulent chargebacks. We may require a government ID for high-risk orders.

6) Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Shipping options are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates. Provide accurate address information. See the Shipping and Returns Policy for claim windows and procedures. For international orders, you bear the risk of seizure or return by customs.

7) Returns and Refunds

All sales are final except as stated in our Shipping and Returns Policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within the time stated in that policy.

9) Intellectual Property and User Content

You may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Class action waiver: Claims must be brought in an individual capacity. No class actions or class arbitrations. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims.
